CNC Operator / CNC Machinist – $21 – $26



Immediate opportunity for experienced CNC Machine Operators or Set-Up Machinists driven by the need to achieve team performance goals and personal success in a high-precision medical component manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a well-rounded CNC machining background in a tight tolerance manufacturing environment with practical experience in manual inspection

Benefits for the CNC Machine Operator / CNC Machinist position:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00pm – 1:30am with OT available.

  • This is a “direct-hire” opportunity and not a “temp” or “contract-to-hire” position

  • Starting Wage: $21.00 – $26.00 an hour DOE with an additional 10% shift differential for 2nd shift

Responsibilities and Duties of the CNC Machine Operator / CNC Machinist position:

  • Operate, set-up, edit and program CNC Lathes/Turning Centers & Mills to produce high-precision medical parts according to blueprints and required tight-tolerances.

  • Embraces all company quality standards

  • Maintain acceptable performance standards for production and quality.

  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Qualifications and Skills of the CNC Machine Operator / CNC Machinist position:

  • Experience machining medical, aerospace, or defense components or tight tolerance environments is required.

  • Experience machining with a variety of CNC machines, including lathes, vertical mills, and horizontal mills, turning centers and even a Citizen Swiss machine. 3-5 axis Willemin mill or Kitamura machine experience a big plus.

  • Proficiency using manual measuring devices is required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent. CNC Machining certificate preferred however previous CNC machining experience will be taken into account.
